• Who can benefit from therapy? 

    • Therapy can help with a range of issues, from relationship distress to anxiety to dealing with creative blocks.

  • What is therapy like? 

    • Therapy is essentially a supportive, empathic conversation in which you experience deep listening. Depending on what you're working on, you may see your problems from a different perspective, learn more about yourself, heal from past trauma and develop new skills for living your best life.

  • Is everything confidential in therapy? 

    • Everything is confidential in therapy, unless you are in danger of hurting yourself or someone else, or you reveal that a child is being abused. Then, the therapist is legally required to notify the appropriate resource.

  • How much does therapy cost? 

    • Sessions are $150/45 minutes or $200/60 minutes. I do not accept insurance. I see couples for 60 minute sessions. Many clients also submit their claims for out-of-network coverage to their insurance companies.
