College students and young adults

Rates of anxiety and depression are way on for college students and young adults. There is no shame in getting help when you want it. If you're having a hard time - if you're anxious, doubting yourself, struggling to have a healthy relationship- therapy can help you.

This is also a time when you may be feeling a bit lost, or confused about what career direction to pursue. Having space to talk about what you want and hope for in your life can help with that, too.

Here are some resources specifically helpful to young adults that you might find useful.

Dr. Meg Jay TED talk, "Why 30 is not the new 20"
